In this course an aspirant will learn Rubber mould Packing, Investment Mixing, De-waxing, Casting and can operate machines for Casting with two month internship.
After completion of the course, Candidate can cast Jewellery, and can start his/her Casting unit or can do job in any Jewellery Manufacturing unit.
* Introduction to tools, consumables used in stone setting
* Preparation of gravers and tapping tool for master setter
* Pave setting
* Different types of pave settings
* Channel setting in RBC, Baguette
* Prong setting, solitaire setting, Marquise pendant, Emerald pendant, etc...
* Practical for Bezel setting- Oval cabochon bezel pendant, step bezel, etc...
* Practical for Flush setting
* Invisible setting- with 6,9, and 16 pieces
* Demonstration & Practical for Pressure setting- Cluster setting
* One month Internship
